I have created a new forum to help facilitate non-violent direct action to help remove the board of PVFC.
The process for organising a direct action is:
1. Someone with an idea nominates themselves as co-ordinator for a direct action.
2. The co-ordinator creates a new post calling for volunteers. The post should include vague details:
a. Where? The action is to take place inside or outside the ground. b. When? On a match day or non-match day? c. How Many? How many volunteers are required for an action to be "GO". Eg stinks bombs needs just two or three. Chains and goals posts needs 15. Lemons need say 100. d. Risk? What are peoples risks in taking part in the action (people have different tolerances to risk). For example, lemons is risk of ejection from the ground. Stink bombs is very low - who would know? Goalposts is risk of arrest and ban.
If sufficient people volunteer for the action by reply to the post, the co-ordinator should then take the discussions for action away from the public board (or via private message) so as to maintain secrecy. The action can then be organised/co-ordinated by the action leader. Exact times etc etc discussed.
