The board of directors will not relinquish control of PVFC at a price less than the value of that control to them.
As there is clearly no-one willing to pay that price in cash, alternative approaches should be considered. The answer, then, is to reduce the value to the board of their control of port vale.
This can be achieved through a serious of non-violent direct actions that makes their continued reign difficult and unpleasant. Doing so will reduce the value to them of their control.
Shouting at a brick wall outside of the Lorne street is passive, will gain little or no mainstream media exposure and will do little to reduce the value of their control of PVFC.
